Pale apricot colour. Expressive nose, with notes of red fruits and floral hints. The palate is light-bodied, very fresh, mineral notes, balanced wine with a long finish.
Harvest by hand, two hours maceration in inertised press, fermentation with low turbidity, with selected yeasts at temperatures of 14 to 16ºC. Post fermentation fine lees work to thicken the palate.
