Enjoy with all types of meat, especially well-seasoned grilled red meats, but also excellent with strong, creamy cheeses. Serve between 16°C and 18°C.

Winemaker’s comments

It is a playful blend of unique fruits and noble woods that allow us to enhance this wine unequalled; it is born as a unique and special blend without any ambition other than a representation of our work. The secret is that each year the expression of the valley changes, therefore mixtura is a limited edition for each vintage.

Intense ruby red colour. The nose is expressive, fruity and elegant, with notes of fresh red fruits, violets and wild herbs. In the mouth it is a vibrant wine with soft tannins, medium fatty palate, with notes of cherries and subtle toasted notes.
